Amazingly cheap and amazingly good!, September 8, 2011

I have recently come from another host who's downtime was more than their uptime. I have had no problems with Tym 2 Host with anything so far. If I submit a ticket I usually get a reply within around 20 minutes. The staff are friendly and can try and help with ANY problem. Ioncube comes pre-installed so that's a bonus for me as I use that for my Client Area so there was no need for me to put a php.ini file in every directory. I am currently on Super Alpha with them and I have had no problems from my clients and there was downtime for around 30 minutes, (planned downtime) to upgrade the servers, there has been no server crashing and the upload limit is 100MB so many of my clients are happy to upload to their sites etc. The prices are incredible for the packages listed and I don't think I will be leaving Tym 2 Host anytime soon.
