Great service and support, great value package, October 9, 2009

Not many cons, would be nice if the My Account details integrated with PLESK though
After initially signing up with another host, the guys at Unlimited Web Hosting were really helpful in transferring my domains over to them, and even set me up a demo Plesk account to have a play around with. The guys on Live Support Chat were really professional, and followed up our chat with emails where necessary.Price- and feature-wise they are the best I've found, and unlike other shared hosting providers I'd looked at, allowed me to host video content on my site (which is essential to me). The Plesk panel is really straight forward to use, and the Application Vault is a handy feature to have (a Plesk version of Fantastico).I can't really comment on the Uptime or Speed/Performance yet, as my site is still in development, but seems good so far. The Plesk panel and FTP uploads are pretty fast though.
