Pros: Uptime, Support, Cheap, Affordable, Excellent Quality
Cons: It takes 5 minutes for them to reply to support tickets!

I have been with nitrowire for about 2 years now and not only has the customer service been excellent but the uptime is the best I have seen, and the servers are fast and reliable. Cheap, affordable and 100% customer satisfaction. I would recommend it to anyone.
