No refunds whatsoever for anything, borderline rude support
1. I had a domain registered with Fasthosts and was using their exchange mailbox feature. At renewal they automatically charged my card without notice - I had forgotten about the mailboxes and wouldn't have renewed - and then would not refund my card even tho I notified them as soon as I received the receipt.
2. I had a domain registered with Fasthosts whihc I didn'#t need anymore, I used their system to cancel it; it didn't work and they charged me anyway. They wont refund any money even tho I tried to cancel as soon as I got my receipt.
Tho for 2. I understand that they have to pay the registrars a fee as a computer systems administrator myself for 1. they have no excuse not to refund me.
Support was inflexible and verged on rude to the point where they stopped replying to my emails. (I was still a customer!!) I shan't be using them for anything ever again.
