Support system is awesome. Aside from the fact that they are based in the UK, these guys are superstars in terms of responding to your technical needs, they are fast! I changed host for a couple of times and I only stayed with for of 2 months or so and ended up disappointed. I have been with Unlimited host for almost a year now and so far I am loving their service. Load space, security and support... They just fit perfectly together. As long as they continue to deliver like this, I will stay with them for as long as humanly possible.

I've been a customer of theirs for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier. I've been with numerous hosts over the years, and I've seen it all, but these guys are undoubtedly the best host I've ever had.They deliver everything they promise, right down to their 24/7 support. It really can be 3am on a Sunday and they'll answer the phone. They respond to tickets consistently fast and they're quite possibly the most helpful people you'll ever speak with.I originally started with their shared hosting plan and upgraded twice through their reseller plan, and I'm now one of their VPS customers. I have no idea how they provide such an outstanding service for what they charge, but these people are pure gold. They even have nice little perks like not charging for dedicated IP addresses!I honestly wish I'd known about them years ago. I'd have saved myself the trouble of switching from host to host.Sincerely, I couldn't be more happy.Matthew
