We've been using Veber for a while now for our project web hosting and some other network applications we run. We've always been impressed with the helpful nature of the staff - no matter who you speak with they're always polite and helpful. Veber host out of Telehouse in London Docklands - one of the most impressive datacenters I've been to and their racks are all really nicely cabled and presented - you know they take care of the rest of their infrastructure. Even though they are a little more than some of the other providers out there I think the extra costs are worth it - we had some bad experiences with other providers which we just don't have with Veber...
