I have been with eUKhost now for 2 years and overall I have been very impressed ! (Shared Linux Platinum)I have had a few problems, including one horribly annoying recurring (on a weekly basis) problem ( my fault ), but support have been helpful and are normally able to fix it quite fast. Response time in the Live Chat support system is normally pretty good with only a couple of times where I have waited 10 mins and then ended the chat to try again later and got connected immediately. The support people are always helpful, willing to sort out problems and most importantly are polite!The monitoring of hosting accounts seems to be top notch with regards to preventing attacks and maintaining security on servers. Downtime seems to be non existant (I have only experienced very brief downtime a couple of times in last 2 years). The features of the hosting accounts are some of the best I have seen and the price is very good compared to others.Overall 10/10 - a great hosting company!

I am one of the most happiest customer of eukhost with a windows dedicated production server for java chat application. we needed custom configuration on windows server to make our livechat software successful which was efficiently done by eUKhost support staff.24x7 availability of support is very important for our livechat software and so far we have never paid anything extra for any customized configuration that we needed. This is really helpful for a upcoming company as we cannot pay hourly rates for server management.overall I would give eukhost.com 10 / 10 for their excellent service.
