I have been with this amazing host for more than 9 months now and they never fail me. They offer the best quality of service and a very cheap host. A huge amount of storage space and bigger and unlimited traffic but somehow they need to improve. What I love the most is the 27/7 technical support that guides you through every step of the way and make sures that your problem is solved. Definitely a cost effective package especially if you are just starting.
