24/7 support indeed! Once you need them they are their to help and resolves your problem immediately after you inform them. Problems wiht 2020media does not happen all the time but I mean no one is perfect and so is 2020M but problems with their services happens rarer than rare. I am just happy that I found them because I have limited knowledge of how things work but after 2 long years everthing is working perfectly fine for me.
