The fastest support I have ever experienced. I have encountered a few technical issues because of bugs and downtimes but their 24/7 support is always there to the rescue. Quick and very reliable. They are very helpful and polite and what's great is that unlike any other manage hosting company they inform you of what's going on rather than just fix it and tell you it's fixed without even knowing what the problem is in the first place. They are amazing and I am happy to still be working Iconnyx.
