The price gap between the high end reseller packages. Thats all I can think of!
I have had a reseller package with this company for over a year now and the support is excellent. They have installed software on their server for me (once they checked it was OK). They ring to check that I am pleased with their service and have ALWAYS rung me back if I have an issue.
They also are reasonable with bandwidth, they say a limit but if you go over slightly they don't charge, I can't think of any other hosting companies that would do that. I can run all different languages from 1 control panel and its easy to setup.
They reply to all support e-mails within an hour, more often than usual its about 15 mins.I really can't fault them.Highly recommended.
