Pros:
They have been trading for a number of years.
Cons:
They are acting below what is deemed acceptable by the laws of trade in this country.
There is a significant problem with Weycrest Solutions Ltd and there hosting as advertised on weycrest.co.uk. Hundreds of customers have been having problems it seems with signing up and not being given the service as advertised and refused refunds or ignored and their money not returned, and sadly, we are no exception. We purchased multiple packages from Weycrest 14 months ago, but the servers simply do not work. Two months of phone calls, emails and then letters to their business address attempting to resolve the problems without reply, finally prompted us to politely request a refund. This issue has been continuing without a any response from the company since November 2009.We have now alerted Trading Standards who have said they have a open investigation into Weycrest Solutions Ltd. after a number of complaints involving misguidance of information to consumers and false advertisements as well as a refusal to comply with UK trading laws and the refund policy. With the freedom of information act certain information can be requested about this if you have been affected.Nominet and Tucows have also been alerted and given details about the ongoing problems so maybe they will ban weycrest from being a reseller. There are many hosting providers who abide by the laws and maintain a fair and reliable service, but the ones who are exploiting customers and using scam tactics will be brought to justice. We have moved all our websites out of weycrest’s services now and are slowly contacting as many businesses or websites that are hosting with weycrest as possible to alert them to the ongoing situation. This will hopefully be sorted and the correct legal action will be taken to prevent them from proceeding to trade. I hope customers who have had problems with Weycrest have a successful result, and I would suggest submitting your experience to Trading Standards if you cannot negotiate a resolution to your problems.

Pros:
The end of terrible customer-service.
Cons:
They have disappeared with their customers' money.
(www.phillichillies.co.uk) Just google "weycrest reviews" and you will read the same old story again and again... took my money and disappeared; took my money but didn't renew my domain; etc, etc...As of June 2010, their website is down. They havent replied to anyone's emails or phone calls for about a month. When I contacted Nominet to force-change the domain tag, they said they were well aware of the situation.

Pros:
they never get angry! after all -how can they? they never reply anyway!
Cons:
im too spoiled for choice - i dont know what to pick.
absolutely the worst hosting company i have ever dealt with in my life. i could barely purchase a domain from them, they kept refunding my paypal due to "Suspicious contact details", miraculously the 3rd time it went through without a problem. I have sent them around 10 emails to 4 different addresses explaining i already have hosting and would like the nameservers changing - all without a single reply in 7 days. After doing a whois check i saw that the domain i purchased is registered to me yet i wasnt sent a single confirmation email to show this - no emails at all to both my paypal address or the email address i used to register the domain. The only email i recieved was a paypal receipt. I wasnt given any login details to control my domain or even a quick welcome email. god forbid i actually bought hosting from these guys. i would advise everyone to stay well clear of this lot, their just collect your money and dont look back.
