I'm a Fasthosts Reseller but I can't really can't take it any more. I'm looking for an alternative web host.I also am amazed on how they rank so highly... number 10 in tophosts own list...They talk a good talk, they look professional, pricing is ok but technical support are utterly terrible in fact worse than that their totally incompetant. I expect that any of their more valued employees have long since jumped ship.They still have not recovered from the hack and password change fiasco, waiting times are long and I'm providing technical support to technical support... surely that's not right is it!They also dispensed with the Reseller Support Forums with no timescale as to when an alternative would be launched.Make your own mind up but if you choose Fasthosts be warned!

I would not recommend this company at all. If you fall outside anything in their ever-changing terms, they will charge you automatically, using the bank details you provided to them. the first I knew was when I noticed £23 withdrawn from our account. I reported this as an un-authorised transaction with the bank, and got it reversed. Fasthosts actually has a line in their terms for this also, and if you "chargeback" or report them in this way, a further charge of £60 becomes payable. Presumably this must happen fairly often to them then. £83 in charges, for a payment that didn't automatically go through on the first attempt due to a change in issue numbers is excessive, especially as it was amended as soon as their site allowed it.
