Reliable, friendly and capable of giving support when asked for.
Cons:
I have not found any.
I have hosted my website with a number of hosts and had a few problems. Moving to PAC Web was the best thing that I could have done. The website that I have is a gaming clan site and whenever I have tried to add anything extra or do anything fancy these guys have been there to sort out the problems with me.
I cannot stress just how good they have been.
