I have used eukhost.com for couple of years now. I have a reseller hosting plan, but I'm not a reseller, it's just convenient to host several websites I have.People are very quick to complain, but very few people appreciate service of a genuine service provider. I would say this in general, not necessarily over here.I have always found the livechat support and ticketing support to be excellent. The price is unbeatable, and there's hardly any downtimeJust wanted to say "Thank you Eukhost".

Possibly the worst support in the UK!
Had several sites hosted with EUKhost on various packages and initially was very happy with price and ease-of-use of their c-panel management system - then it all started to go wrong. Sites would go down for hours at a time with no warning, explanation or apology. Emails mysteriously vanished and their billing system went wrong too, ending up with the loss of a domain to poachers from the USA. It was too much for one of our clients, so he requested us to transfer his site to a new ISP, thus began countless requests to support with no help forthcoming. Then email stopped working on another clients account and again after numerous tickets asking them to look into it, they simply stopped replying. We now host all our sites with another ISP. This was a year or so ago so they may have just had a "blip" but once bitten, twice shy.....
