I am one of the happiest customers of eukhost with a VPS for some java chat application. we needed custom configuration on our network to make our livechat software successful which was efficiently done by eUKhost support staff.
24x7 availability of support is very important for our livechat software and so far we have never paid anything extra for any customized configuration that we needed. This is really helpful for a upcoming company as we cannot pay hourly rates for server management.
overall I would give eukhost.com 10 / 10 for their excellent service.
