Pros:
good service, honest people, don't bombard you with techie talk
Cons:
No backup server - if the server your sites are on goes down, thats it!
We have used EFH for 8 years, the prices and service are good, however if their mail server fails, or the web site server fails, then they do not have an automatic backup server to switch to - this is really annoying and we have suffered what we feel is unacceptable downtime.The out of hours telephone number is hard to find, and the offices are open 9am - 5pm monday to Friday - short hours in this day and age of 24 hour commerce!
