Unreliable service, rude, sarcastic and arrogant support staff
Our site is up and down like a yo-yo and the support staff do not give a damn. At best their response is lethargic, at worst it's appalling. If you raise a ticket, they deny there is a problem, even if you provide proof. You receive one line answers that can be rude, dismissive and sarcastic in tone.
After nearly a year of complaining I eventually got my site moved to a server that did not take 60 seconds to respond. Hoewever this new server goes down for 6-8 hours at a time. The support team are not pro-active, they wait for the customer to complain before they fix a problem. Even when they fix a fault, they close the ticket, stating no fault could be found.
In short, avoid this company like the plague.
