I moved over to Jabwebsolutions last year after having previously hosted services with over 20 other ISP's, personally and for clients and none have come close to Jabwebsolutions' standards of service.
One of my clients (www.southshoreguesthouse.co.uk) had been with 123reg for several years but kept experiencing unexplained downtime, finally, after 48hrs without the site up, they asked me to move hosts. As I had not experienced any server downtime at all since I have been with Jabwebsolutions I swiftly ported the site over to them.
To cap it all, their Support service is second to none. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for reliable hosting.

Possibly the worst support in the UK!
Had several sites hosted with EUKhost on various packages and initially was very happy with price and ease-of-use of their c-panel management system - then it all started to go wrong. Sites would go down for hours at a time with no warning, explanation or apology. Emails mysteriously vanished and their billing system went wrong too, ending up with the loss of a domain to poachers from the USA. It was too much for one of our clients, so he requested us to transfer his site to a new ISP, thus began countless requests to support with no help forthcoming. Then email stopped working on another clients account and again after numerous tickets asking them to look into it, they simply stopped replying.
We now host all our sites with another ISP. This was a year or so ago so they may have just had a "blip" but once bitten, twice shy.....
