I have used eukhost.com for couple of years now. I have a reseller hosting plan, but I'm not a reseller, it's just convenient to host several websites I have.
People are very quick to complain, but very few people appreciate service of a genuine service provider. I would say this in general, not necessarily over here.
I have always found the livechat support and ticketing support to be excellent. The price is unbeatable, and there's hardly any downtime
