Having tried various other companies in the past and becoming somewhat disillusioned, with fees being taken twice, incorrect amounts being taken and no notification of when these fees would be taken, PAC web hosting was like a breath of fresh air.
Site setup was comparatively easy, for a user not in the first flush of youth!
Any queries dealt with speedily, assistance given when requested, any promotional offers communicated speedily (ie not the day after they were due to expire, as with some other companies!!!)
Annual fees communicated, in advance of deduction, and taken when thay were meant to be. I have found the experience to be First Class and would recommend to anyone. Perhaps one reason why I incorporate a link from my site!!
